Job description for Education Sales Manager for Corporate at PT. Monsoon Consultant
Job Requirements:
To build sales pipeline and customer base for the company, from performing demand generation activity, sales presentation, conducting webinar and closing sales.
Having more database and networking with corporate Human Resources
To build long term relationship with new and existing customers and upsell more solutions.
Understand how to position Experiential Learning solutions to target customers.
Have a positive attitude, willing to work hard to achieve sales target given, honest and have a good interpersonal skills.
Understand how to make use of technology tools to increase sales productivity and effectiveness.
The candidate will need to have the following qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication, Management or any major related.
Minimum 3 years sales experience in ERP Sales or Education , preferably selling software solution/ERP Products for Corporate
Have a good understanding of Solution Selling Sales Cycle and must posses a strict Sales Discipline
Understand how to build a healthy sales pipeline to achieve sales target.
Proactive and have a good communication skills (speaking and writing)
Is proficient with English both speaking and writing
Having knowledge about MonsoonSIM (www.monsoonsim.com)
Have a good presentation skills, confident and can work both independently and as a team.
