Job description for Education Sales Manager for Corporate at PT. Monsoon Consultant
- To build sales pipeline and customer base for the company, from performing demand generation activity, sales presentation, conducting webinar and closing sales.
- Having more database and networking with corporate Human Resources
- To build long term relationship with new and existing customers and upsell more solutions.
- Understand how to position Experiential Learning solutions to target customers.
- Have a positive attitude, willing to work hard to achieve sales target given, honest and have a good interpersonal skills.
- Understand how to make use of technology tools to increase sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication, Management or any major related.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in ERP Sales or Education , preferably selling software solution/ERP Products for Corporate
- Have a good understanding of Solution Selling Sales Cycle and must posses a strict Sales Discipline
- Understand how to build a healthy sales pipeline to achieve sales target.
- Proactive and have a good communication skills (speaking and writing)
- Is proficient with English both speaking and writing
- Having knowledge about MonsoonSIM (www.monsoonsim.com)
- Have a good presentation skills, confident and can work both independently and as a team.
