Job description for Editorial Brand Designer at PT Vasco Eksplorasi Kreasi
About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can help us produce and execute Vasco’s editorial system.
This is not a typical design role. You will work directly with the Brand Director to translate ideas into actual outputs.
What you’ll work on:
- Social media contents (campaigns, POV, cultural posts, inside Vasco)
- Portfolio updates (website, Behance)
- Pitch and presentation materials
- Internal and external brand communication assets
This is closer to an in-house designer role, but within a branding company context.
Requirements:
- Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy)
- Able to write clearly and naturally when needed
- Good conversational English (you’ll be working closely with ideas, not just visuals)
- Comfortable working across formats (social, presentation, editorial layouts)
- Detail-oriented, especially in execution

- Can think beyond visuals, understands context, tone, and intention
- Makes clear decisions, not just executions
- Knows how to keep things simple without losing meaning
- Has an eye for detail that most people miss
