Job description for EDITOR - THE PRIVE SPA at PCA Company Services
Job Overview
The Editor is responsible for reviewing, editing, and refining all marketing and communication content for the salon across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, the company website, and other digital channels. This role ensures that all content is accurate, engaging, aligned with the brand voice, and effectively supports customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth for the salon's Nail, Lash, and Massage services.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit, review, and refine content in accordance with the company's brand guidelines and communication objectives.
- Proofread content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, clarity, and overall consistency.
- Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, aligns with the brand voice, and resonates with the target audience.
- Contribute to content ideation, planning, and optimization across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging content formats, and recommend improvements to enhance the quality and performance of written and video content.
- Manage content timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
Requirements
Education: College or University degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Experience and Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience as an Editor, Content Editor, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent command of the Vietnamese language, with strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong editing, proofreading, and content optimization skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in using AI tools, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Working location: 7 Le Thi Rieng, Ben Thanh Ward, HCMC.
Working hours: 9:00 – 18:00 / Remote
- Monday – Saturday (occasional weekend events/campaigns).
- Rest days: 1 days off/week (weekday swap time-off in lieu when weekends are worked).
- Public holidays observed.
