🎯 What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage daily operations across marketplaces (Shopee and TikTok Shop, etc.) product uploads, pricing, promos, stock updates.
- Track performance: sales, ads, traffic, conversion rates. Turn insights into action.
- Work closely with content & marketing teams to execute campaigns that convert.
- Stay sharp: monitor competitor moves, platform trends, and promotional mechanics.
- Keep everything running smoothly including product listings, vouchers, bundles, and reports.
✅ What We're Looking For:
- 1–3+ years experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management.
- Strong with data like Excel/Sheets, platform dashboards, reporting tools.
- Organized and detail-obsessed, with the ability to manage multiple SKUs and campaigns.
- Comfortable moving fast: you can pivot with platform changes and campaign needs.
- Bonus: experience with TikTok Shop, flash sales, or performance-driven e-commerce campaigns.
