Job Description:
1.Livestream Management (50%)
- Act as the primary point of contact working closely with the Livestream Agency.
- Optimize the hosts' livestream scripts across all phases (before, during, and after flash sale periods) to effectively attract and retain viewers.
-Drive key performance metrics, including Conversion Rate, Viewer Count, New Followers, and Tap-through Rate.
2. E-commerce Operations (40%)
- Product Optimization: Update and optimize product information, including titles, descriptions, images, and specific product attributes on TikTok Shop.
- Campaign Setup: Set up discount vouchers and promotional programs tailored to various marketing campaigns and specific livestream sessions.
- Cross-border Collaboration: Coordinate with the China Brand team to monthly refresh livestream backgrounds and product visuals, keeping the livestream room dynamic and increasing the new follower rate.
3. Warehousing, Logistics and Customer Service (10%)
- Maintain continuous communication with the Warehouse & Logistics team.
- Handle customer care tasks, including executing callback procedures to support and resolve inquiries specifically
- Promptly resolve issues related to warehousing, shipping, and order delivery on TikTok Shop.
Requirements:
- Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience. On-the-job training will be fully provided.
- Language: Good communication skills in English (ability to communicate in Chinese is a strong plus, as you will work with the China Brand team).
- Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). Quick learner, agile, and proactive.
- Attitude: Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling fast-paced environments (especially during mega sale/flash sale campaigns).\
