Job description for E-Commerce Staff / Marketplace Staff at Talentport

Tanggung Jawab:

Mengelola pesanan marketplace & proses packing secara cepat dan teliti
Menangani retur serta klaim barang hilang/rusak
Upload & update produk (deskripsi, harga, stok, foto)
Optimasi listing produk (SEO, keyword, judul, deskripsi)
Menjalankan campaign promosi (flash sale, voucher, bundling)
Monitoring performa (traffic, conversion rate, revenue)
Membuat laporan performa & insight

Kualifikasi:

Minimal D3/S1 (Marketing, Business, atau terkait)
Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di e-commerce/marketplace
Familiar dengan Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop
Memahami digital marketing & e-commerce funnel
Menguasai Excel, Google Analytics, dashboard marketplace
Komunikatif, teliti, dan data-driven
Bersedia mengikuti standar penampilan dan dress code perusahaan
