Job description for E-Commerce Specialist at Happy Pet Indonesia

This role oversees end-to-end platform operations, including product listings, content updates, merchandising, sales, and inventory management. You will also be responsible for advertising on platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Seller Center (Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify).
In addition, you will manage digital marketing efforts such as managing digital assets, customer experience management (CEM), content optimization, and keyword ads. You will also build trust with platform Key Account Managers by providing business reporting, analyzing key metrics and KPIs, and identifying growth opportunities. Other responsibilities include planning and executing campaigns, promotions, and deals, managing marketing calendars, and overseeing media planning and content direction.


  • Increase e-commerce sales in the given monthly target.
  • Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance. Make sure the right products are listed and merchandised with the appropriate pricing.
  • Boost the performance of the e-commerce channels, both in terms of appearance and transactions.
  • Developing and controlling campaigns like flash sale, vouchers, or live shopping on a regular basis.
  • Developing, monitoring, and updating product content contained on e-commerce channels.
  • Optimizing ads (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads/CPAS) to increase the conversion into sales in marketplace/e-commerce channels.
  • Overseeing buying, web sales, contracts, managing partnerships, reporting, contributing to strategy decisions, budgeting, and generating P&L statements.
  • Generating daily, monthly, and yearly reports related to e-commerce channels’ performance

  • Experience in e-Commerce business.
  • Follow with the e-commerce/marketplace trends in Malaysia
  • Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
  • Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
