Job description for E-commerce Intern (Tiktok) at Halocom
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support daily store operations on TikTok Shop, including product listings, pricing updates, and promotional setup.
- Monitor orders, coordinate with warehouse teams, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries, handle basic after-sales issues, and maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in coordinating with the Affiliate team by preparing product information, campaign materials, and supporting KOL/KOC collaborations.
- Track store performance, campaign results, and prepare basic operational reports.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to support business growth.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- A Plus to have knowledge of E-commerce / Marketing
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces and social media
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets is a plus
