Job description for E-commerce Growth Trainee (Shopee/TikTok Shop) at EPLC Vietnam LTD

1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC Ecom Shopee/ Ecom Tiktok

Vận hành Shopee/ Tiktok (30%): Quản lý và vận hành gian hàng Shopee/ Tiktok của Pom Pom. Hỗ trợ theo dõi và cập nhật các chỉ số vận hành: GMV, traffic, conversion,.... Setup sản phẩm, giá bán, combo, voucher, freeship và tham gia các campaign của Shopee (Brand Day, Payday, Mega Campaign). Phối hợp với team Marketing để drive traffic và tăng chuyển đổi.
Video & Content Shopee/ Tiktok (20%): Phối hợp triển khai Shopee/ Tiktok Video, content feed và short video phục vụ tăng traffic tự nhiên trên Shopee. Theo dõi hiệu quả content và đề xuất các format/video angle giúp tăng CTR & conversion.
Affiliate/KOC Shopee/ Tiktok (20%): Làm việc với Shopee Affiliate, KOC/KOL để triển khai booking, seeding và thúc đẩy doanh số. Theo dõi hiệu quả affiliate theo từng campaign: doanh thu, traffic, CR, ROI và tối ưu performance.
Livestream Shopee/ Tiktok (10%): Phối hợp setup và vận hành Shopee Live. Làm việc với host/KOC chuẩn bị deal, minigame, sản phẩm và hỗ trợ vận hành trong phiên live nhằm tối ưu traffic & chuyển đổi.
Báo cáo & tối ưu (10%): Theo dõi và báo cáo hiệu quả vận hành theo ngày/tuần/tháng qua Shopee Business Insight và dashboard nội bộ. Phân tích campaign, traffic, conversion và đề xuất ý tưởng cải thiện hiệu quả vận hành và tăng trưởng traffic/doanh số.
Phối hợp với team Kho vận, CSKH và Supply Chain để đảm bảo tồn kho, xử lý đơn hàng và vận hành ổn định trên Shopee.
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Mentor

2. Yêu cầu ứng viên

Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 3 tháng vận hành sàn TMĐT (Shopee/TikTok Shop), social commerce, hoặc livestream commerce là một lợi thế. Sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp có dự án/ kinh nghiệm thực tế xuất sắc được xem xét.
Trình độ: Cao đẳng/Đại học các ngành Marketing, TMĐT, Kinh doanh, Truyền thông.
Kỹ năng cứng: Thành thạo Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Shop Seller Center, Canva, CapCut. Hiểu cơ chế thuật toán TikTok/Shopee.
Kỹ năng mềm: Nhanh nhẹn, chủ động, có tinh thần học hỏi và yêu thích môi trường E-commerce tốc độ cao. Có tư duy data-driven và kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
Đặc biệt ưu tiên: Có kinh nghiệm ngành Mẹ&Bé, Hoá Mỹ Phẩm, FMCG. Có khả năng tự lên hình khi cần.

Được tham gia các khóa đào tạo kỹ năng và nghiệp vụ do công ty tổ chức.
Môi trường làm việc trẻ trung, năng động, thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp.
Cơ hội phát triển lên Ecom Executive sau 3–6 tháng
Working-hours: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM (Mon - Fri), Thứ bảy làm việc nửa ngày
