Responsibilities
- Manage and operate e-commerce channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website, etc.)
- Build and develop sales channels, driving performance and revenue across platforms
- Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and pricing strategies
- Upload and optimize product listings (content, images, keywords) to improve visibility and conversion
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, revenue) and optimize accordingly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and operations
- Maintain brand consistency across e-commerce platforms and customer touchpoints
- Support social media channels by updating product information, promotions, and customer-facing content
Requirements
- At least 02 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Commerce (B2C preferred)
- Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop
- Proven ability or experience in building and/or scaling e-commerce channels is a plus
- Strong execution skills with the ability to analyze and work with performance data
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on user experience
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
- Good working proficiency in English (able to communicate effectively in a professional environment)
