1. Job Description
- Support the daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate product presentation and smooth customer interaction.
- Create and maintain product listings, including carousel images, promotional banners, and product descriptions.
- Ensure accurate SKU management and update inventory information across e-commerce platforms.
- Respond to foreign customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner through marketplace communication channels.
- Monitor customer feedback and preferences to support product content optimization.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as recording product information and maintaining organized operational data.
- Track and report basic performance metrics related to e-commerce operations.
- Support remote livestream backend operations including setup, monitoring, and coordination.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Collaborate with Singapore internal teams to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- 100% work directly with Singapore managers to receive daily tasks
2. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related fields (Required)
- Strong English communication skills (Required, TOEIC must be greater than 700)
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, or similar marketplaces.
- Basic skills in design tools such as Canva or Photoshop are a plus.
- Experience with customer service platforms such as BigSeller or DUOKE is an advantage.
- Ability to use AI tools to support content creation and operational tasks is a plus
- Basic understanding of administrative tasks such as invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders.

- Salary: $550/month (up to $1000, negotiable based on experience).

5. Working Hours & Location
- Office Address: 161 Truong Van Bang, Cat Lai Ward, HCMC.
- Working Hours: 8:30 – 17:30, Monday – Friday & alternating Saturdays. (Possible to work remotely after receiving training and becoming familiar with the job.)
