Job description for E-com Designer at The Purpose Group
[Short-term Contract]
- Working Office: Hai Ba Trung, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC
- Working Time: 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM | Monday - Friday | 3 months
_Role Purpose_
Produce high volumes of finished eCommerce assets, Masters and Adapts, that meet brand guidelines, marketplace specifications and delivery deadlines.

_Key Responsibilities_
- Design and finish assets across the ratecard, mainly Core Hero Images, CPAS e-com posts, Adhoc static/animated images, Campaign & SIS packages and display banner sets.
- Produce Adapts (resizes, SKU and language variants, retailer specs) quickly and accurately from approved Masters.
- Use AI generation and retouching tools to create and refine imagery within the 3-version / 5-generation-per-version cap.
- Prepare files to each marketplace's technical specs (dimensions, file size, safe zones, naming) and hand off to the Ecom Producer.
- Action client and Sr. Designer feedback within the 3 included revision rounds.
- Keep brand toolkits, templates and asset libraries up to date.
- Log time accurately per asset to support the 1.0 h/asset standard and capacity planning.

- Assets delivered per month and hours per asset vs 1.0 h standard.
- On-time delivery and first-time-right rate; spec-compliance errors.
- Utilisation vs 85% target.
- AI generations per asset within cap.

_Job Requirements_
- 2–4 years in graphic / digital design, ideally in eCommerce, retail or a production studio.
- Strong Photoshop (compositing, retouching), Illustrator and Figma; motion basics (After Effects).
- Practical experience with generative AI image tools.
- Fast, detail-oriented, comfortable with high-volume, template-based work.
- Portfolio showing product imagery and digital banners.
- Working English.
