Job description for Drafter at Menara Santosa

1. Membuat Shop Drawing

2. Membuat As-Built Drawing

3. Membuat Detailing MEP

4. Revisi/Penyesuaian Desain dan Pengecekan akurasi ukuran

5. Menyiapkan Gambar utk pengurusan Perizinan

6. Membuat & menyiapkan Gambar untuk Brosur keperluan Penjualan

7. Berkoordinasi intensif dengan arsitek, civil engineer, tim MEP, serta pengawas lapangan

8. Mengelola, menyimpan, dan memperbarui basis data file gambar kerja (softcopy maupun hardcopy)

9. Wajib menguasai beberapa aplikasi berikut :

- AutoCAD (2D & 3D)

- Sketchup / 3Ds Max

- Revit / Software BIM (Building Information Modeling)
