- Ensure a safe, healthy and positive environment, lead by example
- Ownership of the complete stream performance: Quality, output, budget, strategic initiatives to meet KPIs
- Optimize Lead a team of multi-skilled coordinators and focus on performance and improvements
- Assure alignment with Upstream Leader and functional departments to align with factory objectives/performance
- Accountable for agreed KPIs to ensure KPIs achieve
- Support the goals of the Site Manager to align with factory objectives/performance
- Develop skills and talents of the team through performance and development management to make the competitive environment work
- Manage stakeholder relationships and execute regional and corporate projects including legal compliance and risk management to support regional objectives
- Internal stakeholders: Shift Supervisors, Scheduler Optimizer, Process and CI Leader, Maintenance Stream Leader, Press Expert, Quality Stream Leader, Quality Assurance, HR, Finance, HSE Leader, OSCO Controller, Upstream leader
- External stakeholders: Auditor
- 7-10 years in the production environment
- Experience in food or process manufacturing
- Experience in continuous improvement or project management is a must
- Understand GMP, safety, food safety, Halal and quality standards and procedures.
- Perfect understanding of the cocoa process and cocoa product properties
- Strong technical background & knowledge, leadership and managerial skills
- Having a business acumen
- Knowledge able in Ms. Office
- Good communication and decision-making skills
- English– Fluent
- Good teamwork and leadership
- SAP knowledge is preferable
