Document Engineer (AI)

Requirement:

• Minimum D3/S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experienced in technical writing, technical documentation, document management, or related roles.
• Familiar with ISO/IEC 26514 as a reference for designing and developing user documentation, such as user manuals, system guides, and technical documentation.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 documentation principles, particularly document control, versioning, approval, distribution, and document retention.
• Experienced in document version control, including revision history, change tracking, approval workflow, and document release management.
• Familiar with technical documentation style guides, such as Microsoft Manual of Style or Google Developer Documentation Style Guide.
• Able to maintain consistent language, terminology, structure, formatting, and documentation standards across documents.
• Familiar with Markdown and able to create structured technical documentation using Markdown.
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar generative AI tools for daily documentation activities.
• Able to utilize AI for drafting, summarizing, restructuring, reviewing, and improving technical documentation.
• Able to write effective prompts and provide structured instructions to AI tools.
• Able to review, validate, and refine AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with documentation standards.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple documents and revisions.
• Able to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
