Job description for Distribution & Warehouse Operations at CÔNG TY TNHH PERSOLKELLY VIỆT NAM
Job Resposilibilities:
- Coordinate daily distribution and warehouse activities to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Monitor delivery performance, inventory accuracy and warehouse activities and follow up on issues when required.
- Work with suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders to ensure effective logistics execution.
- Support warehouse delivery planning, shipment coordination and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate logistics and warehouse data and prepare regular reports on operational performance.
- Support distribution and warehouse process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Support compliance with trade, safety and company requirements related to distribution and warehousing.
- Participate in improvement projects related to warehouse efficiency, automation, data analytics and footprint reduction.
- Provide operational support and coordination across different functions when required.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in distribution, warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations.
- Experience in warehouse management, transportation, shipment or inventory management.
- Good understanding of end-to-end logistics processes.
- Experience working with suppliers, logistics service providers and internal stakeholders.
- Good skills in Excel and data analysis; experience with ERP/SAP is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and solve operational issues.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
