A bit about the role
This is a technical and strategic role within our Growth department, reporting to the Digital Strategy Director (AU) and Digital Marketing Manager (ID). You will be the engine room for HubSpot implementation and search optimisation, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution. While based in our Bali office, you will work hand-in-hand with our Australian team to ensure every project meets the highest standards for discoverability and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Technical Implementation: Manage the full lifecycle of HubSpot setups, from initial data mapping and property creation to complex workflow automation
Strategic Search & AI (SEO/GEO): Help champion the importance of SEO and stay at the forefront of AI’s impact on search (e.g., AI Overviews, LLM Optimisation)
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Leverage HubSpot and Google Analytics to provide data-driven insights into customer behavior and lead conversion for our client portfolio
Internal Briefing & QA: Confidently brief internal teams and perform comprehensive quality assurance checks on all HubSpot activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
What you’ll need
Experience: 5+ years in a technical digital role, preferably within an agency environment
HubSpot Mastery: Deep experience with HubSpot Professional (Marketing/Sales/Service) is essential for this role
Technical Literacy: Ability to navigate CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Statamic, Sanity) and a demonstrable understanding of how CRM integrates with web development and UX
Communication: Exceptional English skills to liaise with AU-based team members and understand complex client business objectives
Mindset: A solutions-focused approach to client challenges and a collaborative mindset

HubSpot Mastery: You have hands-on experience in HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service & Data Hubs)
Agency Experience: You are comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment and understand the billable hour

Figma Suite: Experience with Figma Slides for presenting strategies and reporting
Search Specialisation: A foundational understanding of SEO and an interest in GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation)
