Digital / Performance Marketing Manager
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about driving profitable growth, building and executing marketing plans, and working with teammates to execute.

As part of the business ops team, you will be a critical part of our company's growth, where you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to achieve growth and profitability targets.
-Analytically Rigorous. You believe in data, and analytics to drive your decisions. You love to look at KPIs, and target metrics and work to drive that further, and constantly improving on those. In this day and age, it means test, fast, and scale that further.
-Experienced Marketer. You have done it before, and have the willingness and eagerness to dig deep to uncover business insights. Based on your analytics, you help inform the entire team on where products should be adjusted, what UX should we be adopting, what customer experience we could be doing, and uncover new market potential
-You thrive in fast paced environment. We are still learning, and you will constantly iterate with the rest of the team to evolve and improve on how we do things.
-You take pride in your work and have a strong sense of ownership. Your work is the key driver to our growth, and thus your ability to execute, and eliminate obstacles will help the entire team move faster, and further.
The Important Work You'll Do
1. Developing Marketing Plans
- You are clear on how you would be able to market the brand forward for more catalog sales. Building the entire marketing plan, store marketing calendar, promotions and activations calendar.
2. You'll execute the marketing strategy. We are still a startup and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty! Based on the plan outlined, you will be tasked to execute on it, get your hands dirty by running the ads.
3. You'll monitor on the performance and reiterate. Monitor, Test, Trial, Scale, and repeat. You will be working to ensure the performance of store is up to our KPI and growth plans.
4. You'll own the online experience. You are responsible for the Shopify customer experience, including merchandising to ensure we take a full funnel approach to our marketing efforts. Running A/B test, improving user experience, store experience, and optimize conversion rates, these won't be new to you.
5. You are able to work in a agile team. You will be supported by a content marketer, where anything to do with visuals will be supported.
