Job description for Digital Optimization Intern at Halocom
JOB DESCRIPTION
Digital Campaign Execution:
- Support Team & take charge of day to day execution of all Digital campaigns (running, managing Ads on multiple channels) to ensure effectiveness & efficiency in performance management & KPI achievement.
- Keep track and measure daily/weekly/monthly & overall campaign performance, assess against goals (KPI Result, Media Metrics, Cost,…);
- Support in identifying trends and insights, as well as up-to-date technical optimization tactics to continuously improve Digital performance quality with measurable impact on clients' marketing, business activities & our company's development.
- Report campaign progress, KPIs, P&L to CEO.
Media Planning: Strategically develop digital media plans as a solution for the client's brief.
In your daily work, you will closely cooperate with the Internal team (Account & Digital Planner) to together deliver and ensure the optimal campaign planning & execution.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- A Plus to Have knowledge of Marketing/Digital Marketing;
- Excellent management skills and ability to multi-task;
- Superior Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills;
- Excellent customer service abilities;
- Good presentation skills;
- Skills in researching, analyzing & synthesizing data;
- Logical and critical thinking.
