Job description for Digital Marketing Specialist at Lalamove

Currently, we are building a strong in-house data driven marketing team here in Singapore to spearhead all our local marketing efforts. As we continue to expand our presence and capabilities across Singapore, raising awareness & boosting user acquisition via Online Advertising becomes more important than ever. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your key objective would be to drive User Acquisition growth for our Singapore market. You would be responsible for strategy, planning, actioning & delivery of Search, Social, Display & Youtube campaigns, ensuring that the performance meets Lalamove’s User and Delivery Personnel Acquisition targets. You will have to work with multiple stakeholders to plan, implement & measure scalable optimisation strategies in the market.
As our Digital Marketing Specialist you will be owning all aspects of online advertising including (Paid Social, SEM, Programmatic etc).

- Performance Marketing mindset: To use all available conversion data to make informed decisions in optimizing PPC campaigns not limited to Google Ads & Facebook Ads. Ensuring to hit main KPIs such as Delivery Personnel Leads, Customer Acquisition, Business Leads, Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Acquisition, within the given budget
- Data Driven: To analyze and utilize existing data from various tools and platforms on hand to make informed decisions. Creating end to end marketing campaigns based on data research and analysis
- Expert in Google Ads & Paid Social: Have hands-on executional experience in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, other paid social platforms
- Test & Learn Mentality: To be open enough to try new channels & learn from them. A/B testing targeting, strategies and creatives.
- Problem-solver: To be able to find creative online campaigns to move User and Delivery Personnel Acquisition numbers.
- User Empathy: To be able think from a perspective of a user or a delivery personnel & build user journeys which are seamless.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
What you'll Need
- A minimum of 4- 5 years experience in digital marketing for e-commerce or tech industry
- Knowledge in digital marketing funnels and application of advanced setup functionality with paid ads for performance ad platform (e.g. SEM and PPC)
- A strong understanding of ad formats in Google
- Experience in setting up remarketing/retargeting ads
- Experience in conducting SEO optimization, keyword analysis, conversion optimization, and content marketing
- Experience in running A/B testing
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
- The ability to source information and learn on the fly
- An analytical and critical thinking mindset
- Independence, drive, and ability to work in a team
- Familiarity with Google Sheet, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Ad Manager, and other digital marketing toolsAn ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Good command of English
