Job description for Digital Marketing Specialist at Công ty TNHH Phúc Giang (PGI)
Responsibilities:
Website Management & Development
- Manage and maintain the company’s main distributor website and brand websites, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance.
- Develop and execute website growth strategies to enhance user experience (UX/UI) and conversion performance.
- Implement and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
Content Management & Website Updates
- Collaborate with Content and Design teams to produce engaging and brand-aligned website content.
- Regularly update and optimize website content, including product pages, news, and promotional materials to ensure freshness and accuracy.
Digital Marketing Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Marketing Automation (Email, Zalo Mini App, etc.).
- Drive both branding and performance marketing initiatives to increase traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CPL.
- Continuously monitor and adjust campaign strategies across channels for maximum efficiency and performance.
Data Analysis & Performance Reporting
- Track and analyze performance data from tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Prepare regular KPI reports on traffic, engagement, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations based on customer behavior and market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Zalo Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media, CRM, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
- Proven experience in budget management and performance optimization (CAC, LTV, ROAS, ROI).
- Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Facebook Business Manager.
- Good command of English is a plus.
