Job description for Digital Marketing Specialist at Bumame Farmasi
- Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including website, social media platforms, mobile app, and email/CRM software
- Create and deliver the digital marketing strategy and responsible for driving profitable traffic and increasing customer acquisition
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and content
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEO, SEM, Display Adv Campaigns, Social, Programmatic)
- Evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points to improve brand and customer satisfaction on digital platform.
- Responsible for digital marketing analytics reports and share gathered insights to develop optimization plans (Facebook Ads reporting, Google Analytics)
- Collaborate with finance staff to set and stay within budget
- Stay current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world
- Age Maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in developing digital marketing.
- Solid knowledge of campaign performance measurement/analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, problem solving and attention to detail.
- Experienced with multiple digital marketing platforms.
- High competence in project and stakeholder management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline, while maintaining quality at all times
