🌟 Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a core role in defining our narrative and acquiring users. You won't just run ads; you will own the full growth engine—from optimizing our presence in the Shopify/E-commerce ecosystem to executing global performance campaigns. This is a full-time, high-ownership position for someone who is genuinely passionate about software (SaaS) and wants to prove that AI tools can make marketing 10x more effective.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing (B2B & SaaS): Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (FB/IG), and LinkedIn to drive high-quality leads and user acquisition globally.
- E-Commerce Ecosystem: Manage our presence and marketing flows within the Shopify ecosystem. You understand how e-commerce merchants think and how to market technical solutions to them.
- Product Marketing & ASO: Own our digital storefronts. Optimize App Store/Marketplace listings (ASO) to drive organic visibility and downloads.
- Content & CRM Strategy: Manage our blog, newsletter, and email automation (CRM). You will translate complex technical updates into compelling stories that educate the market.
- Data-Driven Growth: Build structured reports, analyze campaign data (CAC, LTV, ROAS), and extract actionable insights to pivot strategies quickly.
- AI & Automation Native: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI) and automation workflows (n8n, Zapier) to streamline marketing operations and scale your output.

- Proven Marketing Experience: A track record in performance marketing, e-commerce growth, or marketing software products.
- Excellent Copywriting: You can write clear, punchy, and persuasive copy in English.
- Bias for Action: You are a self-starter who Gets Sh*t Done. You don’t wait for permission to fix a typo or test a new ad creative.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
- Humility: You are ready to learn, experiment, fail, and improve with the team.
🔑 Bonus Skills
- Experience with n8n or Make.com for building advanced marketing automations.
- Strong familiarity with Shopify (either as a merchant or marketing to merchants).
- Experience in B2B SaaS or mobile app growth.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) or video editing skills for ad creatives.
🤖 AI-Related Skills (Nice-to-Have)
- Prompt Engineering — writing high-quality prompts to generate marketing copy and strategy.
- AI Content Creation — using tools like Midjourney/Flux for visuals or Runway for video.
- AI Data Analysis — using Code Interpreter/Data Analyst agents to process marketing data.
