* Digital Campaign Execution:
- Responsible for execution, day to day running of all social, search and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assets against set objectives.
- Work with content writer(s) and designer(s) to prepare media strategies and plans, and also manage campaign scheduling and performance.
- Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the results.
- Identify and test new channels to continue to meet and try to exceed established critical metrics.
* Media Planning:
- Creating and executing a strong digital performance marketing strategy.
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment.
- Translate annual and quarterly media plans into weekly and daily tasks with proper budget allocation.
- Ensure successful planning, execution and optimization for key metric via paid, organic & own media channels.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and changed on time.
* Report & Analytics:
- Analysing and optimizing our digital executions.
- Generate campaign reports and implement key learnings for upcoming projects.
- Create rigorous A/B testing strategy so that we are always learning and finding new wins.

- Commercial mindset - Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude.
- 3+ year experience in Google Adword, Facebook Ads, GA, GTM, Mobile app/Website tracking.
- Have ability to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills & problem solving skill.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and campaigns with an intensive workload.
- Experienced in Digital marketing, especially Data-driven Marketing.
