Digital Marketing & Social Media Spesialist

ELC Indonesia (Enormous Learning Centre) is looking for a dynamic and creative individual who is ready to drive both online and offline marketing initiatives, while also playing a key role in growing our student base for Little Big Ben.

🔹 About the Role

As a Marketing & Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, offline, and ATL channels. You will also take ownership of our social media presence, digital advertising, and on-ground activations to generate high-quality leads and support conversions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, and ATL)

• Manage and grow social media with relevant, engaging, and trend-aware content

• Run and optimize digital ads (Meta Ads, etc.) to drive qualified leads

• Organize school partnerships, presentations, booth activations, and community events

• Coordinate referral programs and local marketing initiatives

• Monitor lead generation performance and work closely with the admissions team to improve conversions

• Prepare campaign performance reports and ROI analysis

• Support field marketing activities and ensure smooth execution during events

• Develop strategies to attract new students and improve retention for Little Big Ben programs

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communication, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or event management

• Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience behavior

• Hands-on experience with digital advertising (Meta Ads, etc.)

• Familiar with education marketing is highly preferred

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a plus

• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

• Proficient in MS Office, Canva, and content creation tools (e.g., CapCut)

• Creative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work full-time on-site in Tangerang
