A. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Main duties:
- Teach students aged 9-15 website building, graphic design and AI design tools through hands-on projects. Courses include Digital Design, Digital Design Advanced and Web Development.
- Help students create and publish websites using Wix.
- Help students turn their ideas into creative designs and user-friendly websites.
- Keep the classroom active and engaging with practical activities and interactive teaching.
- Guide students through their projects and give feedback to help them improve.
- Follow the provided curriculum and work with the Academic team to support learning.
- Help with trial lessons, catch-up lessons and student progress updates when needed.
- Join scheduled educational events during the year for professional development.
2. Training & Development
- Complete training and certification for each course you teach.
- Join training and professional development sessions.

C. OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Education or skills: A degree (or currently a 3rd or 4th year student) in Education, Graphic Design, Digital Design, IT or a related field, or a certificate in design or web development. Equivalent proven skills (for example a design portfolio) are also accepted.
- English: Good spoken and written English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent). No certificate required. CV must be in English.
- Experience: At least 6 months of teaching or working with children.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of website building, graphic design, UI/UX or AI design tools.
- Good communication and able to explain ideas clearly.
- Positive energy, creativity and patience with children.
- Able to guide students through projects and encourage their own ideas.
- Passion for design, technology and education.
- Technical knowledge (a plus): Basic HTML/CSS.
- B2B (a plus): Daytime weekday availability and willingness to travel to partner schools.
