General Job Description :
The Digital and Web Specialist is responsible for developing, managing and maintaining all our group’s online presence. This includes creating, designing and updating websites, ensuring and optimizing web page performance with search engines, ensuring functionality, speed, and design, and keeping track of content. It also includes managing.
The Digital and Web Specialist should have a strong understanding of web design and development as well as knowledge of digital marketing and analytics. Equally important are strong communication and project management skills, and a good command of the English language in speaking and professional/business writing. social media accounts, analyzing website traffic and user engagement, managing online advertising and digital campaigns, and supporting miscellaneous marketing efforts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Design, build and maintain mobile & tablet responsive websites (Wordpress) and other online presence including server management.
Support with landing page creation and optimization.
Create and execute SEO with on-page & off-page optimization strategies to improve ranking.
Work with the design team to implement a high-fidelity page layout.
Maintain the current website content management system and organize web content to improve user experience and accessibility.
Analyze website traffic and user engagement, using tools such as Google Analytics to optimize performance.
Keep up to date on industry trends and marketing news to ensure work is as fresh and relevant as possible.
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Linkedin, and other digital platforms.
Set up tracking to monitor the performance of campaigns and traffic to landing pages and the website, and analyze the performance to make adjustments.
Provide guidance and training to other team members on digital marketing best practices
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum bachelor degree in IT/Marketing/ web programming/ computer science or related discipline or equivalent is required.
Certifications in web development or digital marketing are beneficial.
At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Competent in web & design content for websites, experienced with Figma, Adobe XD, WordPress (Drupal, Joomla) including knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Strong knowledge of web programming/development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
Knowledge of the latest web design/development trends and security measures.
Experienced with SEO & SEM best practices and ability to optimize websites for search engines.
Proficient in running PPC campaigns like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads.
Proficient in using Google Analytics and experience with other web analytic tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Have great critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Possess strong time management and organizational skills.
Professional English skill is a must (oral & written).
