Job description for Digital Advertiser Lead at MyFundAction Indonesia

Responsible

Manage digital ads campaigns
Handle audience targeting & A/B testing
Setup tracking & pixels
Optimize landing pages & conversion funnel
Analyze & scale campaign performance
Coordinate with external marketers

Qualification
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising/performance marketing
Experienced in digital performance marketing across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising ecosystems
Understand digital marketing funnel, audience journey, and conversion strategy
Familiar with tracking, pixels, analytics, and CRO
Analytical & performance-driven mindset
Able to translate campaign goals into performance marketing strategy
Able to adapt to evolving digital marketing trends and platforms
Understand international audience targeting and digital marketing ecosystem
Able to communicate and work comfortably in English
Comfortable working in a remote and internationally collaborative environment
