- Điều phối, sắp xếp tuyến đường, theo dõi quá trình giao nhận của shipper nhằm đảm bảo thời gian, tỷ lệ giao nhận hàng thành công theo quy định.
- Tiếp nhận và phản hồi thông tin về tình trạng đơn hàng cho khách hàng
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để theo dõi, đảm bảo thời gian xử lý đơn hàng theo chuẩn dịch vụ của công ty.
