JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist with maintenance, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting for the company’s multi-office network system.
- Support the setup, configuration, auditing, and troubleshooting of employee computers and devices across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms.
- Help monitor, audit, and follow company-wide security standards in alignment with ISO 27001.
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of cloud-based systems and applications, with on-the-job training to grow into a DevOps role.
- Provide technical support to end-users, focusing on delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for occasional after-hours or weekend support to address urgent issues and perform scheduled maintenance.
- Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for systems and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
- 4th year student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- 0-1 years of experience in an IT support or system administrator role.
Technical Proficiency:
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, or macOS systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Professional Competencies:
- Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
- Strong customer service attitude and willingness to help users.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow toward DevOps responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently under guidance and manage tasks effectively.
- Basic English reading skills for understanding technical materials.
- Reliable and willing to support occasional on-call duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with DrayTek networking equipment.
- Exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems (e.g., Jamf, Microsoft Intune) or configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
- Demonstrated passion for technology and interest in future Dev/DevOps career growth.
