Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts, computers and other IT equipment for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary as required by management.
Skills
- Network troubleshooting skills
- Basic Experience in Windows end user support
- Experience in setting up desktops / PC end user environments
- Basic Experience in IT Troubleshooting such as printers, scanners and etc.
- Problem-solving skills and a logical thought process
This is a temporary role a minimum commitment of 2 months is required.
Candidates who are able to start immediately are preferred.
