Job description for Depot Manger at Jago Coffee
Job Description:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the depot, including scheduling, production planning, and inventory management.
2. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the depot and staff to ensure that it is always in top condition
3. Maintaining an inventory of raw materials and ensuring that production processes are able to continue without delays and waste
4. Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and other records to ensure that the depot is operating profitably.
5. Able to hire, train and supervise staff, including setting performance targets and monitoring performance
6. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, design, and engineering to ensure that depot meets company goals
Requirements:
1. Maximum age 30 years old
2. Have at least 2 years experience in F&B/FMCG/Production or 1 year experience as team leader in related industry
3. Minimum Diploma/D3 any in discipline
4. Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and POSITIVE attitude
5. Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST
6. Must be a highly committed individual that is detail and systems oriented
7. Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members
