WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE
- Extract data from ERPNext databases (MariaDB/PostgreSQL) using advanced querying techniques.
- Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure data integrity and consistency across all modules.
- Design, develop, and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports directly within ERPNext (using Dashboard Charts or Script Reports).
- Integrate ERPNext data with external Business Intelligence (BI) tools to build advanced analytic models.
- Analyze business trends and operational performance (e.g., inventory turnover, supply chain efficiency, revenue growth, and cost analysis).
- Identify bottlenecks or anomalies in business workflows and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with ERP Developers to optimize database structures (DocTypes, Custom Fields) for better data collection.
WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in business/data analysis.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, automation).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker is a plus).
- Fluent in English – must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Sharp, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively contribute to business goals
