Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources to provide insights that support business decision-making.
- Their role includes creating reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality is accurate and complete.
- You will assist the team by delivering understandable analysis and results to help improve strategies and workflows.
- Additionally, Data Analysts identify and resolve data issues, while also recommending suitable analytics tools to enhance the organization's efficiency.
The Day-to-Day Activities:
- Process Improvement: We are seeking a dynamic Process Improvement Specialist to enhance our customer inquiry response system. This role focuses on leveraging data analytics techniques and AI tools to streamline processes, ensuring efficient classification and automatic assignment of hundreds of daily customer emails to the right PIC (Person in Charge). The ideal candidate will analyze workflows, implement intelligent automation solutions, and optimize response times to elevate customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Using statistical methods and tools to analyze big datasets, identify trends, patterns, and insights, and translate them into actionable business recommendations.
- Creating Reports and Dashboards: A strong understanding of data modeling, developing and maintaining visual reports and dashboards (using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, etc.) to present data insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborating with Teams: Working with a team and coordinating with different departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support for their strategies.
- Ensuring Data Quality: Monitoring and verifying the integrity of data over time, addressing any inconsistencies or errors, and ensuring that data is reliable and valid for decision-making
- Other ad-hoc tasks required by the managers.
The must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analyst or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Google Tools, Databrick; AI; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is preferred.
- Initiative and analytical skills are mandatory.
