Hỗ trợ thành viên, gia đình và nhà cung cấp dịch vụ hiểu rõ về quyền lợi và các gói chăm sóc sức khỏe qua điện thoại, email.

Giải quyết các vấn đề của thành viên bằng cách xác định nguyên nhân và giải thích giải pháp. Chuyển các vấn đề phức tạp lên quản lý khi cần.

Tham gia các cuộc gọi tới thành viên để giới thiệu dịch vụ

Tuân thủ các chính sách và đề xuất cải tiến để hoạt động trơn tru hơn, tích cực tham gia vào các cuộc họp và đào tạo.

Tuân thủ tất cả các quy định về chăm sóc sức khỏe và duy trì tính bảo mật.

Ghi chép chính xác thông tin vào hệ thống.

Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác khi cần thiết.

Thưởng nhận việc lên đến 25%, thưởng hiệu suất công việc lên đến 50%

ĐỊA ĐIỂM LÀM VIỆC: Làm việc từ xa – remote 100%

Vị trí này đòi hỏi tương tác trực tiếp với khách hàng tại Mỹ, do đó thời gian làm việc tuân theo múi giờ Mỹ.

Ca làm việc từ 11 PM đến 8 AM (GMT+7), từ Thứ Hai đến Chủ Nhật, nghỉ 2 ngày/ tuần không cố định.

Dự án 04 tháng, có khả năng gia hạn thêm.
