Job Description:
- Deliver accurate, detailed, and complete information in response to customer inquiries.
- Follow standard communication procedures, company policies, and service guidelines.
- Effectively manage customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within set timeframes; ensure proper follow-up to guarantee resolution.
- Go above and beyond to engage and satisfy customers, delivering exceptional service experiences.
Working Hours
9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night shift, Monday to Friday)
Requirements
- Intermediate in English (can handle everyday conversations and writing in basic).
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a high level of responsibility.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong sense of teamwork and dedication to exceeding expectations.
- Passionate about customer service and willing to work night shifts.
