Job description for Customer Support Collaborator (Shopify Apps, 100% remote) at Bss Group
Job Description:
- Work with the product team to provide excellent customer support
- Help customers set up and use BSS Commerce Shopify apps.
- Communicate technical issues to the development team and create follow-up tasks.
- Keep customers updated on their requests.
- Report common issues to the product team to help improve our apps.
- Participate in regular online training sessions.
- Handle additional tasks as needed (about 10% of your workload).
Requirements:
- Preferably 20-25 years old.
- Working hours are from 18:00 to 0:00 or 5:00 to 8:30 AM (Optional weekend shifts).
- Proficient in English with an IELTS score of 7.0 or equivalent.
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analysis.
- Prior experience in Shopify customer support, and e-commerce is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus point.
- Team player with a fast learning ability.
