Job description for Customer Service at BACKYARD PADEL

- Menangani komunikasi pelanggan (WhatsApp, telepon, dan media sosial) secara profesional

- Mengatur dan mengonfirmasi booking lapangan padel

- Mengelola jadwal main, reschedule, dan pembatalan booking

- Memberikan informasi harga, paket, membership, dan promo

- Menangani pertanyaan dan komplain pelanggan dengan solusi yang tepat

- Melakukan follow up pembayaran booking dan membership

- Menginput dan memperbarui data customer serta jadwal lapangan

- Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional untuk kelancaran aktivitas lapangan
