Job description for Customer Service Specialist at Skintific Cosmetics Ltd
- Improving customer service experience, creating engaged customers, and facilitating organic growth
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via email or chat
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Taking ownership of customers' issues and following problems through to resolution
- Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English, both written and speaking is a must
- Preferably experienced in handling inbound on eCommerce/marketplace platform
- Proven min. 1 -year working experience in the same role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the beauty industry is a plus
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
- Willing to work in shift and during the weekend and public holidays (Office located in Kuningan, South Jakarta)
- Awareness of the industry’s latest technology trends and applications
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Able to join ASAP
