Job description for Customer Service Officer at Crowde

Job Descriptions:
  • Handling inquiries, complaints, and cold cases from customers and potential customers via telephone, email, chat, or other media
  • Answer all product and service-related questions offered by CROWDE clearly and precisely to potential customers, specifically
  • Make weekly and monthly reports.
  • Be part of the Offline Marketing team improvement program
  • Provide input regarding the improvement of the Customer Handling system in the company

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Customer Service
  • Understands the basics of Customer Engagement & Relationship
  • Able to speak Sundanese properly is a plus point
  • Available for short notice & open to working from Office in South Jakarta Area if needed

We prioritize education for farmers in terms of technology and financial management, which are the main problems for farmers in developing their businesses. We choose to make education our priority because it is essential in equipping farmers with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to become agropreneur. Besides, we also collaborate with farmer-owned stores and off-takers throughout Indonesia to build a zero cash society, so that farmers no longer have to receive working capital in cash.
PURPOSE-Why We Do
Agriculture is the backbone of the nation. Supporting the lives of 41% of the nation's workforce. But it also the one facing the danger of obsolescence, the number of farmers is decreasing 10% every year because we left them unempowered. While we're busy innovating on the latest technology, they're still thinking about what to eat tomorrow. Besides that, Agriculture in Indonesia is also an industry with one of the highest poverty rate for its worker which is 39% of the farmers are under the poverty line.
So, how can we use technology to create a solution that can be easily adopted, solving their pain points, and enhance the overall farming process? VISION As a platform that understands farmers best, we have a noble notion of establishing a sustainable agricultural ecosystem by bringing together farmers and numerous agricultural parties who can facilitate the farming projects so that by 2045, we will have achieved our goal to create a sustainable ecosystem that will become Indonesia’s primary food producer. We aim to revolutionize Indonesia farmers and the agricultural sector in Indonesia with the spirit of cooperation
MISSION-What We Do
  1. Empowering farmers to be Agropreneurs by providing access to faster and better working capital
  2. Creating an efficient agriculture ecosystem by creating a more efficient distribution and supply chain
  3. Be the trusted crowd-lending platform with the spirit of cooperation by data analytics to identify improvement opportunities
