Job description for CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER at Pt Mahakarya Sukses Indonesia
- Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department
- Ability to collect, analyze, visualize and interpret the data
- Setting customer service goals for team members and helping them reach those goals
- Ensure that interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints done in a timely manner
- Making daily, weekly and monthly reports and surveys
- Experience in e-commerce/pay later/e-wallet/Bank product Customer Service
- Willing to build the division starting from 0
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any background
- Maximum Age 35 years old
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially in Customer Service Industry
- Required Skill(s): English is a MUST
- Willing to standby after working hours or on weekend
- Fast Learner, willing to work & study in a fast paced work environment
- Problem solver and have good logic in handling issue
- Have a good communication and negotiation skill
- Ability to create SOP for customer service related matters
