Job description for Customer Service Executive (Korean and English) at Công ty TNHH Capichi Việt Nam
- Receive, investigate and resolve customers' questions, and complaints;
- Coordinate with departments in the company to support and solve customer problems;
- Pass customer feedback onto related teams to improve the company’s offerings;
- Manage, and maintain a database of customer information;
- Korean equivalent to Topik 4 (basic communication);
- English equivalent to Toeic 700-750, or IELTS 6.0-6.5;
- Have a personal laptop
- Good communication, self-discipline, and responsibility for work;
- Morning shift: 07:00-15:00
- Afternoon shift: 15:00-23:00
- Working schedule arranged by week
- 2 days/week off, 1 weekday and 1 weekend off.
