POSITION TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Genkin is looking for an outgoing Customer Service Associate to assist our customers with product inquiries in a swift, proficient, and friendly manner. This is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Genkin customers.

This position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-delivery problems.

Support in answering client queries about product specifications and uses via Facebook and Zalo.

Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, and email customer inquiries.

Identifying customer needs, handling their claims about the loss or damage during the transportation.

Forwarding and transferring inquiries to relevant individuals and departments in order to solve customer's concern.

Ensure that all data are inputted in ERP and are up to date for customers to track.

Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and turn them into long-term partnerships.

Be proactive in collecting customer's feedbacks to improve Genkin’s CRM platform as well as optimizing the service.

Follow up with your clients to understand and meet their needs.

Proven experience in customer service position

Strong communication & negotiation skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and relationship management.
