Job description for Customer Service Associate - Ho Chi Minh City at Lalamove Vietnam
- Managing in and out bound calls from users, partners & clients inquiries, complaints, orders follow up, all sales and marketing matters.
- Developing new business opportunities and expand customer base in order to achieve sales target.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Supporting the marketing and PR activities, events or campaign, etc...
- Positive, outgoing and customer-oriented.
- Assertive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player and responsible.
- Fluent in Vietnamese, proficiency in English a plus.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
- Salary base: 8-10m gross
