- Chăm sóc khách hàng trước và sau khi sử dụng dịch vụ. 

- Tiếp nhận và giải quyết thông tin về khiếu nại của khách hàng. 

- Chăm sóc khách hàng cũ dựa trên data có sẵn, hỗ trợ giải đáp các thắc mắc của khách hàng 

- Chăm sóc khách hàng theo khu vực phụ trách 

- Tìm kiếm khách hàng, mở rộng khách hàng tiềm năng, chăm sóc khách hàng hiện hữu trong data khách hàng . 

- Kiểm tra, theo dõi thông tin hàng hóa và báo lại cho khách hàng bằng email, điện thoại hoặc văn bản 

- Thực hiện báo cáo kết quả làm việc hàng ngày. 

+ Thu Nhập Hàng Tháng: 10 - 13tr/tháng (Cơ bản + Thưởng + Phúc Lợi)
