Job description for CRM (Zendesk & Salesforce) Consultant at PT. Total Cloud Solutions
- Participate in system analysis, designing, developing, and testing applications in multiple system environments.
- Perform software integration between cloud system and external interface development. Combine multiple technologies to provide alternative physical solutions.
- Determine technical requirements, develops technical user stories and software requirements specifications that serve as the build-to specification for development
- Review and prepares system documents and technical specifications
- Apply, as appropriate, data modeling, transaction/workflow analysis, internal control and risk analysis and modern business methods.
- Prepare reports, studies, and documentation, delivers presentations, and participates in meetings. Provide technical direction to development teams.
- Understand the various types of tools and technologies on the market and their appropriate application.
- Undertake specific tasks/duties assigned by the Manager.
- Candidate shall possess at least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Math or equivalent with min GPA 3.0
- 2+ years of proficiency in Java and web development. Proficient in most of the following: Javascript, Java 7/8, JPA/Hibernate, Spring framework, Web Services Interoperability and Standards (SOAP/WSDL), RESTful APIs.
- 2+ years of relevant working experience in IT Consultation Industries/Companies
- Proven skill and knowledge in OOP, Java, J2EE and preferably Force.com (Apex)
- Understand and possess good presentation/consultation skill
- Preferably have good understanding and knowledge about cloud computing system such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Google (G Suite & GCP), Microsoft and etc.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent organization skills, team leading skill, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, action oriented, result oriented, self-motivated, creative, problem solver, disclipline and hard working
- Multiple FullTime position available.
