We’re looking for a CRM Manager to join our Growth team, to developing a marketing campaign via multiple channels (mainly limited to Email, Web Push Notification & App Push Notification) crafting new engagement content, managing system triggers, and implementing marketing strategies to drive user activities & retention.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of CRM Activities for particular missions, from planning, execution, optimization, and reporting to respective stakeholders.
Drive strategy for omni-channel expansion in order to engage members and improve retention and growth (This includes channel strategy for email,web push, and in-app push)
Create, maintain, monitor and optimize CRM programs, including crafting content, managing system triggers, increased personalization, targeted segmentation, etc
Own all KPIs and metrics in order to proactively optimize and develop all CRM programs to create the best customer experience.
Collaborate with marketing teams and across teams, including product, engineering, and data to achieve the collective CRM vision.
Spotting ways to improve usage of the CRM tool through automating tasks & flows.
Lead development of the roadmap for a clear A/B testing framework of new and existing programs to increase growth and improve retention
Troubleshooting user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology.
Key strategic role & contributor: you will have a chance to create and execute CRM Campaign Management as part of the Growth Team.
Work with a regional team: you will have a chance to join a young dynamic team where you can give you an opportunity to work across functional teams around the region.
At least 3 years of CRM campaign management experience
Analytical mindset with exceptional critical thinking capabilities.
Familiar with CRM tools (e.g. MoEngage, Netcore, CleverTap, Braze, Insider etc)
Strong online marketing strategy (audience understanding, channels knowledge, conversion rate optimization).
Problem-solver, critical and logical thinker, and fast-learner.
Strong communication skills to build & maintain collaborative relationships with the stakeholders and to share the reports & insights of the campaign performance.
Fluent in english.
