Job description for Creator Campaign Ops - PMO - Tiktokshop at CÔNG TY TNHH PERSOLKELLY VIỆT NAM
Responsibilities:
- Support creator campaign POCs to collaborate w/XFN teams on campaign execution, ensuring delivery of key metrics (KLS GMV, Ads Revenue, Affiliate performance), including:
- MCN Affiliate/Top creator KLS performance tracking & monitoring
- Massive Creator Activities: technical configurations, including but not limited to campaign product pool, affiliate matchmaking gate, creator ranking gate, communication assets, vouchers
- Monetization package operation: Work with XFN teams to plan, track and monitor Brands' Ads target & performance during campaign
- Voucher configuration & budget monitoring
- Produce regular post campaign reporting and monitoring dashboards, and respond to ad-hoc data needs
- Combining business analytics, data mining, and data visualization to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions
- Other marketing & event operation support as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an e-commerce platform
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating ease in engaging with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
- Keen interest in the e-commerce/creator affiliate industry and displays adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrates strong technical proficiency in setting up campaign infrastructures
- Adaptable, highly motivated, and versatile player with exposure in campaign ops and commercial
- Language: English – Proficient in both writing & speaking
