Job Description:
1. Plan and execute on new artist acquisition strategy
2. Identify relevant creators to approach across a variety of social media platforms & content verticals
3. Acquiring potential creator to be Noicemakers Original / Exclusive
4. Coordinate with Content Operational team to set the termsheet
5. Work closely to Partner Manager in order to meet the company expectation
6. Develop good working relationship with all creators and partners
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1 year experience in KOL/Creators handling
2. Good knowledge of audio content creator especially in podcast industry, social media and influencers/celebrities
3. Detail-oriented, high integrity, and good time management
4. Ability to develop and maintaining strong relationships and connections with new client/ existing client/ talents
