Job description for Creative Supervisor at Pt Graha Megaria Raya
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree majoring in Graphic Designer, Digital Marketing, DKV, Promotions or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in the same field.
- A good influencer & know how to Influence people through artwork
- Have extensive knowledge of Marketing and its Development
- Have extensive knowledge about branding and how to communicate the brand effectively
- Willing to explore new ideas in creating creative content.
- Has a creative thinking in Translating Concept to Artwork
- Have a strong command in English
- Excellent verbal communication skills, writing skills, Interpersonal and Presentation skills,
- Have a Leadership skills
- Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Job Description :
- Implements policies and standards that reinforce the branding and promotion strategy
- Leads the development of creative briefs, utilizes design methodologies, distribute and give the direction of the art work for creative team
- Managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion
- Create moodboard in accordance with marketing strategy for effective promotion
- Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy anf layout for creative work.
- Make sure all the contents are up to date & relevant with all the promotion program and activity
- Ensures that project/ department milestones/ goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
- Manage promotional digital assets for the purpose of creating efficient and effective promotions in accordance with marketing strategies
- Understand promotional tools and determine the most appropriate promotional tools in accordance with promotional objectives
